You may bring a cake, nuts and/or mints in but any other food must be purchased through us and be prepared by our Executive Chef Bob Newell. If you would like something not on our menu, come in and meet with Chef Bob. He can create a menu just for your event.
No, we only sell tickets to events in our building.
You can! We are a Ticketmaster building. For any Ticketmaster event happening in our building, we will sell tickets for it in our office. You can also purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.
Yes. We have screens, projectors, and microphones available for every area in our building.
You can unless we have an event going on in our lobby. Then we ask you not to walk on that day.
Yes, we have our Plaza area. We have a beautiful Plaza between the building and the Des Moines River that is perfect for a wedding, banquet, or any kind of party.
We have a large lot on site plus parking along the street. We also can use The Beach Ottumwa to the east of the building for our overflow guests. More information is available on our Directions & Parking page.

We sell tickets in our Administrative Office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On an event day, we will start selling tickets two hours before showtime. Some weekend event days, we will be in the office earlier for ticket selling. Watch our Facebook page for details on whether we will be open.
The box office accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit cards or gift cards. The Bridge View Center box office does not accept checks.
Room rental will depends on how much space you will require. Our Event Manager will be able to assist you in choosing the best space that will accommodate your guests for your specific event.
Generally, doors open one hour prior to show time.
For all public events, you will be able to see what is happening by checking our website or the marquee in front of the building.
Our tickets are through Ticketmaster. When ordering online, Ticketmaster does charge a convenience fee. If you are ordering through a third party website, those fees could be quite large and since they aren’t through Ticketmaster, we can’t look up an account for you if there are problems.
